Didachee Refund & Replacement Policy

Didachee is committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. We accept refund or replacement requests only for production-related issues, such as damaged items or missing items.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged due to a production issue
  • An item is missing from your order

To qualify, you must:

  • Submit a refund or replacement request form within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the package being opened, clearly showing the issue

Limitations

If only one item in a multi-item order is damaged or missing, only that item is eligible for refund or replacement—not the entire order.

Refunds are not given for:

  • Non-accommodation of requests to change order details made after the order was placed.
  • Minor variations in size (±1 inch) or color (due to screen/display or printing differences)
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, tiny stains)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To file a request:

  1. Fill out the refund or replacement request form
  2. Upload the required photo or video evidence
  3. Submit within 5 days of receiving your order

Note: This policy covers production errors only. Other concerns will be evaluated case by case, therefore, subject to approval.
